Born in Pennsylvania, January 11th 1978, Tanya began her singing career at the age of seven. Her love for music was displayed in her participation in multiple choirs from elementary school to high school. Chosen to perform all solos for school concerts, Tanya continuously wowed the crowd.

Bio:
As an adult, Tanya is dedicated to her craft. She has also been a featured singer for various organizations and artists. Her talent caught the ear of local radio personalities, who recruited her for commercial slots on 104.7, 93.1, and 94.1 in Savannah, Georgia. Tanya has appeared on commercials for the Philly Brown Show on UPN, as well as, a Nairobi Hair Product commercial on BET. Tanya has opened for many local competitions in Savannah, Georgia. She has been high-lighted in 60 shows and competitions in the past 8 years. When competing, Tanya shines. Savannah Idol, produced by Fox Network, rated her through to be one of the top ten finalists in 2002-2003. Tanya also competed in the Divas 2003 competition in New York, with her radiant vocals she competed four days. American Idol had a change to meet Tanya as well in the 2006-2007 competition at the age of 28. Since Tanya has relocated back to Greenville, South Carolina. She has caught the ear of an Anderson church, which she performed at one of there functions in 2007. Tanya has been asked to be a featured artist for Miracles, a community organization that provides positive programs and activities for the youth and the community in Anderson, SC. When Tanya is not working the crowd she is working at Wachovia Bank and spending time with her 4 children, 2 adopted sons, and her fiance; whom she loves very much. Tanya is an artist who will not just make her mark in this business, but is here for the longevity.
